Big Reader is an accessibility-focused text-to-speech application that helps users listen to text content. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Do Not Collect

Big Reader does not collect any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Device identifiers or tracking data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Location information
• Text content you read or paste into the app

Local Data Storage

Big Reader stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Reading History: Recent texts you've read are stored locally for your convenience. This data never leaves your device.
• App Preferences: Your theme selection, voice settings, and other preferences are stored locally on your device.

You can clear your reading history at any time from within the app settings. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.

Clipboard Access

Big Reader accesses your device clipboard to read text you've copied. This clipboard content is:

• Processed entirely on your device
• Never transmitted to external servers
• Never stored permanently (unless you choose to save it to history)

Apple Services Integration

Big Reader integrates with the following Apple services, which are governed by Apple's own privacy policies:

• Text-to-Speech: Uses Apple's built-in speech synthesis, processed on-device.
• Siri & Shortcuts: Allows voice-activated reading through Apple's Siri framework.
• Apple Intelligence: AI summarization features use Apple's on-device AI processing. Your text is not sent to external servers.

Third-Party Services

Big Reader does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

Big Reader does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages as it does not collect personal data from any user.

Data Security

Since Big Reader does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no risk of your data being compromised through our app. All app data remains securely stored on your device using iOS's built-in security features.
